Roll Call. Agenda Review. 1. Remote Public Comments - comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting Agenda. Submit Public Comments in Advance via GoogleDocs: Members of the public are encouraged to submit public comments in writing in advance of the meeting via GoogleDocs by 4:00 p.m. on the meeting date. Comments received by the deadline will be forwarded to the City Council and read into the record by the City Clerk. Comments received after 4:00 p.m. will not be read during the meeting but will be entered into the record for the meeting. Approximately 300 words total can be read in three minutes.
