SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF JULY 1 , 2013 The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by the Mayor Beth Baumann at 7:15 P.M. on Monday, July 1, 2013. ROLL CALL : Present, Mayor Beth Baumann Councilmembers Hansen, Niederkorn, Podgorski, Rothecker, Seaberg Absent, Councilmember Lehmann Also Present, Assistant to the City Administrator, Shelly Anderson City Attorney, Kori Land City Clerk, Christy Wilcox City Engineer, John Sachi City Planner, Peter Hellegers 5) Presentations Jodelle Ista and Carol Mladek from the South St. Paul Restorative Justice gave a presentation on the South St. Paul Historic Pill Hill Neighborhood Tour to be held on July 21, 2013, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. 6) Citizens ’ Comments There were no citizen comments. 7) Agenda Moved by Seaberg/Rothecker MOVED: To approve the agenda. Motion carried 6 ayes/0 nays 8) Consent Agenda Moved by Niederkorn/Hansen Resolved, that the South St. Paul City Council does hereby approve the following: 1. City Council meeting minutes of June 17, 2013 2. Resolution No. 2013-112, approving accounts payable 3. Resolution No. 2013-110, accepting gifts and grants from local businesses to purchase library materials for summer reading program 4. Appoint Dawn LaBrosse as a member of the Library Board 5. Motion carried 6 ayes/0 nays 10b) Cemstone CUP at 501 Richmond Street East Moved by Hansen/Seaberg MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2013-111, related to zoning; approving a Conditional Use Permit for truck repair and exterior storage at 501 Richmond Street East.
