SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF JULY 15 , 2013 The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by the Mayor Beth Baumann at 7:15 P.M. on Monday, July 15, 2013. ROLL CALL : Present, Acting Mayor Tom Seaberg Councilmembers Hansen, Lehmann, Niederkorn, Podgorski, Rothecker Absent, Mayor Baumann Also Present, City Administrator, Steve King City Attorney, Kori Land Deputy City Clerk, Sharon More City Engineer, John Sachi City Planner, Peter Hellegers 5) Presentations There were no presentations. 6) Citizens ’ Comments Virginia Schlundt appeared before the City Council to discuss the situation regarding the requirement to install her property sewer system lines and connect to the City’s system. Currently, the existing sewer system line is not directly connected to the City’s system. The item was referred to City Staff. 7) Agenda Moved by Lehmann/Rothecker MOVED: To approve the agenda. City Council meeting minutes of July 1, 2013 2. Resolution No. 2013-121, approving accounts payable 3. Resolution No. 2013-113, supporting the Harriet Island to South St. Paul Regional Trail Master Plan City Council Minutes of July 15 , 2013 1  4. Settlement agreement with Victoria Kelley and Zackary Hayden at 600 13th Avenue North regarding sewer service line repair 5. Renewal of the fill permit for the South St. Paul Rod & Gun Club at 600 Gun Club Road to expire December 31, 2013 6. Resolution No. 2013-119, approving residential rental house licenses 7. Resolution No. 2013-120, concurring with the issuance of a lawful gambling exemption for Neighbor’s, Inc. Motion carried 6 ayes/0 nays 10e) Sanimax PUD Amendment – SaniGreen Bioenergy Moved by Hansen/Podgorski MOVED: To continue consideration of a request to amend an existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the construction of a 50,000 square foot biodigester facility on the vacant Sanimax property located north of Verderosa Avenue to the City Council worksession meeting of July 22, 2013. Motion carried 6 ayes/0 nays 10f) 1st Reading – Architectural Standards Amendment – Sale/Sand Accessory Structures Councilmember Lehmann introduced the following proposed ordinance for its first reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 118-9©, (4), b, 2, i, OF THE SOUTH ST.
