Mayor James Francis called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 7:50 P.M. on Monday,
September 11, 2017.

MOVED: To approve the agenda.

4a) General Obligation Bonds, Series 2017B
Moved by Rothecker/Hansen
MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2017-157, authorizing issuance, awarding sale,
prescribing the form and details and providing for the payment of $3,335,000 General
Obligation Bonds, Series 2017B.
