Purchase of a Kubota RTV-X1100CWL-AS from Niebur Tractor & Equipment in the amount of $21,897.00 City Council Minutes of February 5, 2018 1  E. Purchase of Park Turf Maintenance Equipment from Frontier Ag & Turf in the amount of $46,267.00 F. Designate Councilmember Bill Flatley as the community’s representative on the Dakota Broadband Board of Representatives and Councilmember Tom Seaberg as the alternate P. Approve a scope amendment with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for realignment of sanitary sewer outside the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way Q. Approve Consulting Engineering Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn for the Concord Street scoping study R. Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays 10A) First Reading – 820 Southview Boulevard Alley Vacation Councilmember Seaberg introduced the following proposed ordinance for its first reading: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF ALL THAT PART OF THE ALLEY LYING BETWEEN LOTS 14 TO 17, INCLUSIVE, AND LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOTS 13 AND 18, BLOCK 1, HEPBURN PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH ST. PAUL, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, SUBJECT TO THE RESERVATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES, PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 412.851 AND 462.358, SUBD 7 AND CITY CODE SECTION 54-429 Moved by Seaberg/Hansen MOVED: To call for a public hearing on an ordinance vacating a portion of the alley at 820 Southview Boulevard to be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018.
