SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF JUNE 18, 2018 Acting Mayor Tom Seaberg called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2018. Motion carried 6 ayes/0 nays 10B) Mobilitie, LLC – Conditional Use Permit at 559 Annapolis Street East Moved by Flatley/Hansen MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2018-103, related to zoning; approving a Conditional Use Permit for a small cell wireless facility in the right-of-way located in front of 558 Annapolis Street East.
