Acting Mayor Tom Seaberg called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m.
on Monday, June 18, 2018.

Minnesota State Senator Karla Bigham gave an update on the 2018 Legislative
Session.

8G) Purchase of Access Control and Security Camera – Airport Terminal

MOVED: To authorize the purchase of Access Control System and security
camera DVR at the Airport Terminal with a total cost of $10, 215.66.

10A) Special Event License Request by Concord Lanes

MOVED: To approve the Special Event License for Concord Lanes located at
365 North Concord Street for Friday, June 22, 2018, from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight
subject to the speakers being directed to the east.

10B) Mobilitie, LLC – Conditional Use Permit at 559 Annapolis Street East

MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2018-103, related to zoning; approving a
Conditional Use Permit for a small cell wireless facility in the right-of-way located in
front of 558 Annapolis Street East.
