SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF AUGUST 6, 2018 Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, August 6, 2018. Resolution No. 2018-128, approving first amendment to Green Infrastructure Pilot Program Grant Agreement with Metropolitan Council G.
