SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF MARCH 18, 2019 Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2019. Resolution No. 2019-41, approving a Joint Powers Agreement with Dakota County for SHIP grant funding for the preliminary design of the Mississippi River Regional Trail Wakota Scenic Trailhead & Overlook E. Resolution No. 2019-42, enter into an agreement with Blades N Motion for Learn to Skate School at Doug Woog Arena F. Accept the quote from Curbside Landscape & Turf Maintenance for turf maintenance services for 2019-2021 as outlined in the quote dated February 15, 2019 G.
