Mayor James Francis called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 10:00 p.m. on
Monday, November 25, 2019.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Mayor Francis
Councilmembers Dewey, Flatley, Forester, Hansen
Absent: Councilmember Kaliszewski & Seaberg
Also Present: City Administrator, Joel Hanson
3) Approve Settlement Agreement for 357 1st Avenue
Moved by Forester/Hansen
MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2019-175, approving Mediated Settlement
Agreement for 357 1st Avenue South.
Motion carried 5 ayes /0 nays
6) Consent Agenda

MOVED: That the meeting of the City Council adjourn at 10:05 p.m.
