SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF JUNE 1, 2020 Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.021, under the current emergency declaration, some or all of the councilmembers may participate by remote locations using WebEx.
