SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF JUNE 29, 2020 Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2020. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.021, under the current emergency declaration, some or all of the councilmembers may participate by remote locations using WebEx. Motion carried 6 ayes/0 nays 9B) Second Reading – Ordinance Vacation of the Unbuilt Alleys South of Conver Avenue Moved by Hansen/Dewey MOVED: To close the public hearing and adopt Ordinance No. 1360, an ordinance vacating the alleys generally located south of Conver Avenue and West of 19th Avenue North within the City of South St. Paul. Motion carried 6 ayes/0 nays 10A) Tobacco 21 Ordinance Amendment Moved by Seaberg/Forester MOVED: To continue the adoption of Ordinance No. 1358, an ordinance amending Article 21 regarding tobacco sales to persons under 21 until July 20, 2020.
