MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2020
Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, September 21, 2020.

J. Approve a grading and fill permit for continuation of berm improvements at
the South St. Paul Gun Club
K. Resolution No. 2020-131, approving the agreement for revocation of a portion
of County Road 6 in South St. Paul
L. Business Licenses
M. Resolution No. 2020-132, approving a Joint Powers Agreement for
Engineering and Construction of Concord Street between the County of
Dakota and the City of South St. Paul for County Project No. 56-012 and City
Project No. 2016-011
