SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 1, 2021 Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2021. Resolution No. 2021-14, approving a Joint Powers Agreement with Dakota County for SHIP Grant Funding the North Concord Mixed Use Zoning District Study K. Resolution No. 2021-23, supporting grant application to Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for the Federal Recreational Trail Grant for the Wakota Trailhead Project L.
