Approving moving the meeting date for the July 19th City Council meeting to July 20th to accommodate participation at the South St. Paul Open Foundation Golf/Dinner Event D. Business Licenses E. Amendment No. 2 to the SHIP agreement with Dakota County extending the effective date of the agreement through October 31, 2021 F.
