City Council meeting minutes of July 20, 2021 B. Resolution No. 2021-120, approving accounts payable C. Resolution No. 2021-118, approving Lease Agreement at Fleming Field with Dauntless Air for 340 Airport Road D. Business Licenses E. Certification for Bond Finance Property for the Concord Street Project and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the certification F. Certification for Bond Finance Property for the Seidl’s Lake Lift Station and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the certification G. Declaration for General Obligation Bond Financed Property and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the declaration (Seidl’s Lake Lift Station) H. Hiring of John Wilcox as Doug Woog Arena Manager for the City of South St. Paul I. Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays 9A) Call for Public Hearings – Liquor Violations Moved by Seaberg/Kaliszewski MOVED: To call for public hearings to be held on Monday, August 16, 2021, to consider the imposition of a sanction for liquor violations which occurred at Bugg’s Place and Croatian Hall on April 1, 2021. Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays 10A) Approval of Conflict of Waiver – LeVander, Gillen & Miller Moved by Seaberg/Hansen MOVED: To approve the Conflict of Waiver Letter with Levander, Gillen & Miller regarding Linn Companies.
