MINUTES OF AUGUST 16, 2021
1) Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m.
on August 16, 2021.

Assistance between the FAA and the South St. Paul Airport
L. Authorize the City Engineer and City Clerk to execute the Grant Agreement -
Construction Grant for the City of South St. Paul Shade Tree Project under the
MN Natural Resources Shade Tree Program

9A) Public Hearings – Liquor Violation

MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2021-126, imposing sanction upon retail
intoxicating liquor license holder – Croation Hall ($100.00 civil penalty is imposed,
but $400.00 is suspended upon the condition that there is no same or similar
offence within one year of April 1, 2021).

within a year of approval.

track into the Alter Logistics facility located at 801 Barge Channel Road in the City of St.
Paul.
