City Council meeting minutes of October 18, 2021 B. Resolution No. 2021-162, approving accounts payable C. Dakota County SHIP Worksite Wellness Grant for 2022 D. Resolution No. 2021-161, relating to airport; approving grant agreement for airport maintenance and operations E. Business licenses F. Accept letter of resignation from Community Service Officer Antonio Cortez Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays 10A) 2nd Reading – Ordinance Establishing the Mixed Markets and Makers District and Standards for Site Plan Review Moved by Seaberg/Hansen MOVED: To adopt Ordinance No. 1385, establishing the Mixed Markets and Makers District, establishing site plan review procedures, and amending miscellaneous sections of the Zoning Code to align with the goals of the new district. Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays 10B) 2nd Reading – Ordinance Amending the Sign Code Regulations for Wall and Monument Signs Moved by Bakken/Kaliszewski MOVED: To adopt Ordinance No. 1386, updating the sign ordinance rules for monument signs and wall signs.
