PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 7, 2022 1) Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on February 7, 2022 2) ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor Francis Councilmembers Bakken, Dewey, Hansen, Kaliszewski, Podgorski and Seaberg Absent: None Staff Present: City Administrator, Joel Hanson Attorney, Amanda Johnson Economic Development Manager, Ryan Garcia City Planner, Michael Healy City Clerk, Christy Wilcox 3) Christy Wilcox read the invocation. 4) Pledge of Allegiance 5) Presentations 1. Glenn Boche provided an update on the South St. Paul Yellow Ribbon events and activities. 6) Citizens’ Comments Steve Mankowski discussed the option of moving staff from City Hall to the South St. Paul Library once the new library has been built and that the Police and Fire Department would occupy the current City Hall. 7) Agenda Moved by Seaberg/Kaliszewski MOVED: To approve the agenda.
