1) Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m.
on May 16, 2022

MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2022-69, imposed sanction upon retail Tobacco
holder Stockman’s Truck Stop ($300.00 administrative penalty is imposed and a
$50.00 administrative penalty is imposed to Nelson Cruz).

MOVED: To adopt Resolution 2022-70, imposition of a sanction upon 3.2 Liquor
License holder Kwik Trip ($200.00 civil penalty is imposed, but $300.00 is
suspended upon the condition that there is no same or familiar offence within one
year of April 1, 2023).
