Receive Feasibility Report and Schedule Improvement Hearing – Dawn Way Area Improvements Moved by: Seaberg/Podgorski Moved: To accept the feasibility report, adopt Resolution 2022-124 and call for a public hearing on October 17th, 2022. Interim Use Permit for a Temporary Building at Twin City Hide Moved by: Hansen/Bakken Moved: To approve Resolution 2022-129 approving Interim Use permits for a temporary building for Twin City Hide. Motion carried 6 ayes / 0 nays E. Second Reading- Ordinance Amending the Zoning Code’s Signage Allowance Standards for the Commercial and Industrial Districts Moved by: Kaliszewski/Francis Moved: To approve Ordinance 1398 which would increase the signage allowances for commercial and industrial districts. Motion carried 6 ayes / 0 nays F. 2022 Alley Reconstruction Project – Adopt Resolution Declaring Amount to Be Assessed and Adopt Resolution Setting Date of Assessment Hearing Moved by: Seaberg/Hansen Moved: To adopt Resolution 2022-125 declaring the amount to be assessed. Motion carried 6 ayes / 0 nays City Council Minutes of September 19, 2022 3 Moved by Seaberg/Bakken Moved to adopt Resolution 2022-126 calling for an assessment hearing for the Alley Reconstruction Project to be held October 17, 2022.
