Motion carried 7 ayes / 0 nays B. 118 9th Street South Shed Variance Moved by: Kaliszewski/Podgorski Moved: Approval of Resolution 2022-150, approving variances to allow a shed in a drainage and utility easement at 118 9th Street South. Water Treatment Plan Development Application Moved by: Bakken/Kaliszewski Moved: Approval of Resolution 2022-151, approving a preliminary plat, final plat, site plan and Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development for the proposed water treatment plant. Motion carried 7 ayes / 0 nays D. 2nd Reading – Land Use Application Fee Schedule Moved by: Hansen/Francis Moved: Approval of land use application fee schedule. Motion carried 7 ayes / 0 nays E. 1st Reading – An Ordinance Rezoning Land in the Emerson Emilia Place Subdivision.
