Introducing for First Reading an Interim Ordinance Related to Cannabis Products and Businesses – Public Places First Reading of an ordinance related to Cannabis Products and Businesses – Public Places was introduced by Council Member Seaberg. City Council called for a Public Hearing to consider an application for a Temporary On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License made by the Gay Softball World Series, 501(c)3, non-profit on Monday, August 21, 2023. 10. General Business: A. First Reading – Cannabis Use in Public (see 9-B) First Reading of an ordinance to address Cannabis Use in Public was introduced by Council Member Seaberg. B. Bryant’s Ridge Development Application Resubmittal Moved: Approval of Resolution 2023-118, authorizing a preliminary plat, conditional use permits for a planned unit development, conditional use permits, and site plans for Bryan’s Ridge with the addition of condition 40. First Reading - Ordinance Proactively Rezoning Properties to Align with 2040 Comprehensive Plan First Reading of an ordinance Proactively Rezoning Properties to Align with 2040 Comprehensive Plan was introduced by Council Member Podgorski. Approval of Resolution 2023-115 Authorizing the City of South St. Paul to Apply to the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority for a Loan from the Clean Water Fund/Revolving Fund.
