Notice of Quorum of the Spearfish City Council, Spearfish Planning Commission, Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Advisory Board, and Grace Balloch Memorial Library Board City of Spearfish, South Dakota October 17, 2023 An open house will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the W.S. Tretheway Pavilion located at 115 S Canyon St., Spearfish, regarding the City of Spearfish Comprehensive Plan Update. In accordance with South Dakota Codified Law 1-25-1, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Spearfish City Council, Spearfish Planning Commission, Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Advisory Board, and Grace Balloch Library Board may be present. No official business will be decided.
