PUBLIC COMMENT This agenda item is included to allow input to the Spencer Board of Aldermen and the ‘Tis the Season Spectacular Committee from any citizen who wishes to address the Board and the Committee without requesting to be on the agenda. Those who wish to address the Spencer Board of Aldermen and the ‘Tis the Season Spectacular Committee must provide their name and address. The topic to be addressed is, “Why is the ‘Tis the Season Spectacular important to the Town of Spencer?” The Board and the Committee will listen and may or may not respond at their discretion or may decide to place a topic on a future agenda.
