REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2014
5:30P.M.
Chairman Cantrell called the meeting to order.
Members present were: Terry Cantrell; Rob Roten; George Jones; Kayce Williams; and Miles Johnson.
Also present were: Chris Brooks; Paul Keltner; and Sue Glenn.
Mr. Johnson moved to approve the October 15, 2013 BOZA minutes. Motion seconded by Mr. Jones.
Motion passed, 5/0.
General Announcement - The procedural rules for public comment will be as follows: The
items will be taken in order of the agenda. Audience members wishing to speak must be recognized by
the Chairman and will have five minutes to address the Board of Zoning Appeals. No rebuttal remarks
will be allowed.

Consider approval for a variance to build 4 residential structures on a non-recorded parcel in Willowvale
Phase 3.
Mr. Jones moved to approve Item #1. Motion seconded by Mr. Johnson. Motion passed, 5/0.
Mr. Jones made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion seconded by Mr. Johnson. Meeting adjourned
at 5:45p.m.
