Welcome and roll call of members. 2. Discuss and possibly take action on the approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of July 13, 2022 and the special meeting of July 6, 2022. 3. Discuss and possibly take action on the approval of the Treasurer’s Report. 4. Airport Manager’s Report. 5. Discuss and possibly take action on amending the Annual Budget for the Springfield-Robertson County Airport for Fiscal Year 2023. 6. Discuss and possibly take action on approving the bid specifications for hangar roof renovations to be funded with a grant in the amount of $82,500. 7. Discuss and possibly take action on retaining the services of J. Clark Architecture and Design to provide assistance with the bid process and project inspection of the hangar roof renovations. 8. Discuss and possibly take action on notifying TDOT Aeronautics about reserving the Airport’s annual BIL funding for the construction of the new fuel station. 9. Discuss and possibly take action on the process for the selection of a new Airport Manager. 10. Discuss and possibly take action with regard to meeting with TDOT Aeronautics to discuss the Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP). 11. Comments by Board members. 12. Adjournment.
