Moore & Son is requesting a 4.25 square foot variance from the 16 sq. ft maximum and a 0.5 ft. variance to allow for a projecting sign to be placed on the side of building located at 101 5th Ave. W. Venture 24 LLC is requesting 2 setback variances, a 5‐foot variance reducing the rear setback to 10 ft. and a 10 ‐foot variance reducing the front setback to 15 ft. at 102 17th Ave. East to allow for a single‐ family residence to be constructed. Venture 24 LLC is requesting 2 setback variances, a 5‐foot variance reducing the rear setback to 10 ft. and a 10 ‐foot variance reducing the front setback to 15 ft. at 106 17th Ave. East to allow for a single‐ family residence to be constructed.
