Klober Eng. on behalf of Roger Joynes, is requesting a variance from the driveway width regulations for the existing driveway to allow for the construction of 12 townhomes at 2414 Memorial Blvd. 3.3. Ricardo Euraque is requesting a 15 feet front setback to allow for a residence to be built at 419 Bransford Dr. 3.4. South Haven Baptist Church is requesting a variance to allow for an additional increase of 20.875 sq. ft. to allow for their sign to be 86.625 sq. ft. IV. Other Business VI. Adjournment
