Moore is requesting a variance, from the additional 5‐foot requirement for each additional story at 1811 Woodland Street. James C. Moore is requesting 2 variances, 1. from the additional 5‐foot requirement for each additional story & 2. A 17‐foot variance from the 25‐foot setback fronting 19th Ave. Eat 1809 Woodland Street.
