Case No. BOA-2024-06. Address: 825 S. Main Street (William Schroer – St. Louis Distillery) A request to decrease the minimum side yard setback for an accessory structure (detached garage) from five (5) feet to one (1) foot as regulated in Section 400.530(A)(3) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned HCD/ SMPD Historic Commercial District and within the South Main Preservation District (Ward 2). No action is required by the board. As indicated this item will be reposted for Public Hearing at the July 8, 2024 Board of Adjustment meeting.
