to provide additional engineering services on the Benton Avenue to North Main Storm
Sewer Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $39,734.00 increasing the total
contract amount not to exceed $498,068.00
C. Authorization to enter into Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Intuition & Logic for the
Boschert Creek and Crystal Springs Creek Bank Stabilization Projects in an amount not to
exceed $54,529.00 increasing the total contract amount not to exceed $557,850.00
D. Perry Street Storm Sewer Improvements Project - Authority to Acquire
E. Alternatives Analysis & Recommendations for the Zumbehl Culvert Replacement Project
F. Authorization to enter into a Construction Contract for the Riverpointe Public
Infrastructure Project Phase 1A – Bank Improvements and Mass Grading
4. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Authorization to enter into Change Order #1 with Fischer Grading LLC for the 2220
Graystone Storm Sewer Extension in an amount not to exceed $25,383.00, total
contract not to exceed $132,306.00
B. Authorization to delete Section V Bulk Water of Chapter 700 WATER of Code of
Ordinances
5. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
6. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
7. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction might
adversely affect the legal consideration therefore
