The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, November 23, 2020 at 5:00 pm on
the Fourth Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Council Chambers. The agenda is as
follows:
1. Roll Call
2. Approval of Minutes of the October 26, 2020 Meeting
3. Engineering Department
A. Clark Street Storm Sewer Improvements Project - Authority to Acquire
B. Authorization to enter into a Construction Contract with Fischer Grading, LLC for the
Seeburger Road Water Main Relocation project in an amount not to exceed $72,880.00
4. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Water and Sewer Rate Study Presentation and Recommendations
B. Authorization to enter into Amendment No. 5 with Woodard & Curran for SCADA
upgrades at the Fountain Lakes Lift Station in an amount not to exceed $12,200.00
for a total contract amount not to exceed $463,703.04
C. Authorization to enter into a contract with Fred Weber, Inc. for the supply of rock and
stone for Street, Storm, Sewer, Water repairs and provide rock for the Rock & Soil
Program in an amount not to exceed $41,000.00
D. Authorization to enter into a contract with GGRK, Inc. dba Contemporary Landscape
for mowing services in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00
E. Authorization to enter into a contract with Schreiter Ready Mix & Materials, Inc. for
ready mix concrete supply services for the Public Works Department in an amount
not to exceed $165,000.00
5. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
6. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
7. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction
might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore
(RSMo 610.021.2)
3. Sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated
contract (RSMo 610.021.12)
