The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes of the October 26, 2020 Meeting 3. Engineering Department A. Clark Street Storm Sewer Improvements Project - Authority to Acquire B. Authorization to enter into a Construction Contract with Fischer Grading, LLC for the Seeburger Road Water Main Relocation project in an amount not to exceed $72,880.00 4. Public Works Department – Utility Division A. Water and Sewer Rate Study Presentation and Recommendations B. Authorization to enter into Amendment No. 5 with Woodard & Curran for SCADA upgrades at the Fountain Lakes Lift Station in an amount not to exceed $12,200.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $463,703.04 C. Authorization to enter into a contract with Fred Weber, Inc. for the supply of rock and stone for Street, Storm, Sewer, Water repairs and provide rock for the Rock & Soil Program in an amount not to exceed $41,000.00 D. Authorization to enter into a contract with GGRK, Inc. dba Contemporary Landscape for mowing services in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00 E. Authorization to enter into a contract with Schreiter Ready Mix & Materials, Inc. for ready mix concrete supply services for the Public Works Department in an amount not to exceed $165,000.00 5.
