Approval of Liquor License Application for William Komlose, dba, Cooper’s located at 140 North Main Street File #48115 ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM COUNCILMEMBERS/MISCELLANEOUS Councilmember Jerry Reese announced the Senior Citizen Advisory Commission is proposing changes and legislation to these changes will be presented at a future City Council Meeting for City Council consideration. Mr. Reese further reported the Commission has approved rescheduling their monthly meetings to the second Tuesday of every month. Councilmember Reese announced the Prescription Drug Take-Back Event is being held this Saturday, September 27th at the Criminal Justice Center, located on Zumbehl Road, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Mr. Reese further reported metal objects, such as needles, will no longer be accepted. Councilmember Ron Stivison announced Bob Murphy, Veteran Service Officer, VFW Post 2866, St. Charles, Missouri, will be holding a workshop on Saturday, November 8th to help explain VA benefits and how to file claims. Councilmember Bridget Ohmes announced the St. Charles County Municipal League will be holding their meeting on Tuesday, September 30th at Quail Ridge Park at 6:00 p.m. APPROVAL OF CLOSED MINUTES A motion was made by LAURIE FELDMAN to approve the following closed session minutes: A.
