Budget Amendment #14 (Council Bill 12410) Director of Administration Larry Dobrosky reported Budget Amendment No. 14, Council Bill 12410, is being introduced this evening and should anyone have questions relative to the Council Bill to please contact Director of Finance Gina Jarvis. Verbal Update Relative to Various Road Projects Director of Engineering Jerry Hurlbert reported a Closed Project Report for the year 2017 has been distributed to Council. Mr. Hurlbert further explained that moving forward in 2018 the Closed Project Report will be placed under the Consent Agenda portion of the Regular City Council Meeting agenda each quarter. Mr. Hurlbert reported the Engineering Department will have ten bid openings in the next four months for upcoming projects, of which three of them will be Prop P projects. Further, Mr. Hurlbert provided updates on the Droste Road and First Capitol road projects. Written and/or Verbal Messages from the Mayor Director of Administration Larry Dobrosky wished the council, city staff and city residents a Merry Christmas.
