Faith announced Budget Amendment No. 15 is being introduced this evening and should anyone have questions, Director of Finance Gina Jarvis is available for answers. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Mayor Sally A. Faith The Honorable Mayor Sally A. Faith announced the upcoming activities scheduled during the Christmas Traditions event, provided an update on the Trolley schedule and announced other events taking place in the City of Saint Charles. Director of Administration Larry Dobrosky announced Money Magazine has named the City of Saint Charles, Missouri the Number One City in State of Missouri. PUBLIC COMMENT Cecil Johnson, 132 North Main Street, St. Charles, Missouri, recommended to improve Main Street the City should build diversity and then keep the diversity. Tony Bethmann, 132 North Main Street, St. Charles, Missouri, announced 2018 his best year in business and Main Street is a great location. Mr. Bethmann read an email from a batch of emails he received through a Sunshine Law Request and voiced concerns with the content of the email. Mr. Bethmann asked that the Council stop passing legislation and start working us.
