RECORD OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT CHARLES, MISSOURI October 1, 2019 ______________________________________________________________________________ The City Council convened in a Regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at 7:07 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, with President of the Council Mary West, presiding, and the Honorable Mayor Daniel J. Budget Amendment No. 11 (Council Bill 12947) Director of Administration Larry Dobrosky announced Budget Amendment No. 11 is being introduced this evening as Council Bill 12947. Should anyone have questions, Director of Finance Gina Jarvis is available to answer. Director Jarvis and City Attorney Valenti addressed a question Councilmember Seitzer had regarding the prepaid legal services for New Town listed in the budget amendment. Director Dobrosky stated he would schedule a meeting to visit with Councilmember Seitzer to review the New Town NID bonds and assessments.
