RECORD OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT CHARLES, MISSOURI December 17, 2019 ______________________________________________________________________________ The City Council convened in a Regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at 7:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, with President of the Council Mary West, presiding, and the Honorable Mayor Daniel J. Approval of Liquor License Application for Anthony Marchetto d/b/a Prasino located at 1520 South Fifth Street, Suite 110 (RCA Attached) B. Administrative Hearing: Case No. C/A-2019-95(EC). Appeal of a Decision by the Landmarks Board to Deny Approval of Certificate of Appropriateness for 230 North Main Street. The Proposed Project calls for After-the-Fact Approval for Replacement of the Wooden Handrail and Post System with a Vinyl Post and Handrail System on the Second Floor Front Gallery Porch.
