RECORD OF THE COI.INCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT CHARLES, MISSOURI January 21, 2025 The City Council convened in a Regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 21,2025 al 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, St. Charles, Missouri with President of the Council Michael Galba presiding. The Honorable Mayor Daniel J. Borgrneyer and Members of the Council were present as follows: Michael Flandermeyer, Justin Foust, Bart Haberstroh, Mark Hollander Denise Mitchell, Bridget Ohmes, Bill Otto, Vince Ratchford and Mary West. Absent: None. City Clerk Kimberly Hudson was present and performed the duties of that offrce. File #49361 The meeting was opened with the Invocation, those present standing in a moment of silence, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/PROCLAMATION S (rzon e) CITZEN COMMENTS Eli Strobel, City of St. Charles Firefighter Paramedic, representing Local 757, thanked the Councilmembers for their recent support to have the Fire Department included into the Critical Illness Pool. Mr. Strobel presented the Council with stocking hats and invited them to attend the upcoming Fire Department's Annual Awards Ceremony on February 3'd at 6:00 p.m. at the Foundry Art Centre. REPORT OF THE MAYOR Mayor Dan Borgrneyer reported he recently had a successful meeting with the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce.
