Action: Report only. 8. 1185 Veterans Memorial Expense Reimbursement (Diane Tocco) (Direction is being asked for whether reimbursement of expenses for 1185 Veterans Memorial, incurred prior to Spectra management takeover, should come from the Enterprise Joint account or from the Center operating account budget. Spectra: A. Capital Replacement Schedule Presentation i. Approve 2015 Capital Expenditure Reimbursement (Amy Dunning) (Approval is asked for reimbursement of expenses for 2015 capital expenditure costs. Action: Motion to approve. (Voice vote) ii. Approve Amended 2016 Capital Replacement Schedule (Amy Dunning) (As requested, a review of the 5-year Capital Budget was completed and cost savings are being brought forward.) Capital Expenditures Purchases (Budgeted Amount: Under $25,000) (Neil Sandage) a) Paint Color/Meeting Rooms and JBR Pre-Function Area (Direction is being asked for paint color for meeting rooms and JBR pre- function area.) Closed Session – A vote will be taken to close part of this meeting pursuant to RSMo. §610.021 for the purpose of discussing the following: a. RSMo. §610.021(1) b. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefor. However, any minutes, vote or public record approving a contract relating to the leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body shall be made public within seventy-two hours after execution of the lease, purchase or sale of the real estate.
