Capital Expenditure Decision (Neil Sandage) Landscaping Overgrowth: Budgeted amount: $0 (A decision on how to proceed with the overgrowth of landscaping on the south side of parking lot B fencing is needed.) Overgrowth of Landscaping (Al Beltranena) (Southern Oaks Owners Association has contacted the Center regarding overgrowth and fence repair at an area near parking lot D.) Action: Report only. C. Trolley Parking on Center Parking Lot D (Al Beltranena) (The leased Trolley will be parked on lot D at the Center 24/7 when not in use. Direction is asked as to whether liability insurance or an agreement is needed.) Action: Report with possible decision. D. Closed Session – A vote will be taken to close part of this meeting pursuant to RSMo. §610.021 for the purpose of discussing the following: A. RSMo. §610.021(1) B. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefor. However, any minutes, vote or public record approving a contract relating to the leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body shall be made public within seventy-two hours after execution of the lease, purchase or sale of the real estate.
