Spectra – continued: A. 2017-18-19 Capital – continued iv. 2018 Capital Budget Expenditure Approval (Neil Sandage) Budget Line Item: Exterior Bldg. Repairs - $50,000 (Approval and direction is requested for replacement of exterior benches – please see handout 7Aiv attached.) Action: Motion to approve. v. 2018 Capital Budget Expenditure Recommendation (Neil Sandage) Budget Line Item: Interior Doors - $55,000 (A recommendation is requested for replacement of hotel link doors-please see handout 7Av attached.) Convention Center Expansion Financial Feasibility Update (Work Group Committee) (Update – if needed.) Action: Report only. 10. Discussion of Need for Construction Manager Consultant (Work Group Committee) (The City and the Authority have received at least one inquiry from construction managers concerning possible expansion. Oversight Committee to consider whether a construction manager consultant would be advisable and give guidance to staff on how to response to such inquiries.) Closed Session – A vote will be taken to close part of this meeting pursuant to RSMo. §610.021 for the purpose of discussing the following: a. Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public government body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys. However, any minutes, vote or public record approving a contract relating to the leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body shall be made public within seventy-two hours after execution of the lease, purchase or sale of the real estate.
