Landmark Sign Company. The applicant is requesting approval for two building-mounted signs at Kor Komplex fitness center. [Extended Historic Preservation District, Ward 1] (C) Permit No. 18-982. 525 South Main Street. Rebelopathy. The applicant is requesting approval for one (1) hanging signs. [South Main Preservation District, Ward 2] 5. Structure Review Section 400.1180 Purpose The purpose of this subchapter is to protect, enhance, and perpetrate buildings, structures, districts, and sites of historical, cultural, architectural, engineering or geographic significance. Further, protection of cultural assets from demolition by neglect is an objective of this subchapter. Please note: Obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Landmarks Board does not authorize the applicant to build a structure. Building permits are required prior to construction.
