On Monday, March 18th, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., the City of St. Charles Landmarks Board will hold
its regular monthly meeting in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall, 200
North Second Street, St. Charles, Missouri. The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

is requesting approval to install new shutters, side door, trash enclosure and

applicant is requesting approval to replace a rear door and install a new fence at the

is requesting approval to install wood fencing in front of the house. [Commons

applicant is requesting approval to replace awning on the front of the building.

approval for signage for the business, “Craving the Curls – Rolled Ice Cream”

5. Structure Review
Section 400.1180 Purpose
The purpose of this subchapter is to protect, enhance, and perpetrate buildings,
structures, districts, and sites of historical, cultural, architectural, engineering or
geographic significance. Further, protection of cultural assets from demolition by
neglect is an objective of this subchapter.
Please note: Obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Landmarks Board
does not authorize the applicant to build a structure. Building permits are required
prior to construction.

The submittal deadline for the April 15th meeting is March 18th, 2019
