(John Muller) An application to rezone an approximately 2.37 acre tract of land, known as 1360 South 5th Street, from PD-RF Planned Development-Riverfront District to C-2 General Business District. The property is located in Ward 2. PUBLIC HEARING: Conditional Use 5. Case No. CU-2018-33. (Gabrielle Gates) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.220(C)(1)(a) for an In-Vehicle Sales or Service (Car Wash) use within the C-2 General Business District located at 2855 Veterans Memorial Parkway. (Big St. Charles Motorsports LLC – Dennis Wappelhorst) An application for site plan approval for an expansion of an existing structure at 3830 West Clay Street. The subject property is approximately 6.597 acres and is located in Ward 6. PUBLIC HEARING: Text Amendment: 9. Case TA-2018-12. (City of St. Charles) An application to amend Chapter 400 of the Code of Ordinances by amending §400.965 “Architectural and Design Standards”, specifically establishing additional criteria for the approval of alternative building materials.
