SECTION 2: FINANCIALS
Financial Highlights for September:
Gross Revenue = $582,740 against a budget of $476,373, thus we were ahead of budget
by $106,400. This was attributed to holding an unbudgeted Tradeshow, and
unbudgeted consumer show, and higher Catering Revenue being over budget from the 9
banquets held.
Year-To-Date Highlights:
Gross Revenue = $5,078,550 which is $267,000 ahead of budget. This is driven by
Conventions as we have held 4 unbudgeted.
Net Performance = In the Black at $195,279 which is ahead of budget by $444,960. The
additional Gross Revenue note above is contributing, plus $79,000 in Personnel
Expenses and $127,000 savings in Operating Expenses.
