City Council

Special Council Meeting March 6, 2018 5:30PM Council President Roger Jensen called the special meeting to order at 5:40 pm. Present were Council Members Kale Dankenbring and Amanda Milne. Also present was City Clerk Lila Whitmore. Mayor Scott Schultz arrived at the meeting later. The purpose of the special meeting was to preview the new website with Matt Grogan, Elevation Design Co. Matt showed the Council the features of the new website. He believes the website will be up and running by the end of the month. There was discussion about having some of the standard forms such as building permits made into fillable pdfs. Matt will provide a quote for what this would cost to do, per form. Matt will also be requesting input from the Council for their profiles. At 6:30 a motion was made by Kale and seconded by Amanda to adjourn the meeting.
