Town of St. Joseph - St. Croix County, WI Minutes of the Town Board Working Session St. Joseph Town Hall November 30, 2023 Call to Order by Chair Theresa Johnson at 6:00 pm Statement of Public Notice Roll Call: Chair Theresa Johnson, Laurie DeRosier, Chris Marshall, Matt Moore, Engineer Bruce Paulson. Not present: Justin Kruse Adoption of Agenda: MOTION to adopt the agenda as presented (Marshall/Moore). Motion carried. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Working Session: Justin Kruse present at 6:10 pm Discussion and possible action on plans: Discussed the changes to the existing plan (kitchen wall, office layout, office furniture, vestibule, etc.). Discussed creating a different lobby area, the sprinkler system, moving the footprint of the building, Specifications: Discussed the recommendation by the Technology Committee, flooring, siding, protective glass, etc. Chris Marshall requested we use contractors from the local community for this project. Timelines, financing for new town hall building and improvements and maintenance of existing fire hall: Next Town Board Working Session scheduled for December 28, 2023. Board confirmed Bruce may move forward until the proposal is approved at the December 14 th Board meeting. Adjournment: MOTION to adjourn at 8:23 pm (Marshall/Moore). Motion carried.
