Town of St. Joseph - St. Croix County, WI Minutes of the Town Board Working Session and Board Meeting St. Joseph Town Hall Thursday, February 1, 2024 Call to Order by Chair Theresa Johnson at 6:00 pm Statement of Public Notice read by Clerk Roll Call: Chair Theresa Johnson, Laurie DeRosier; Online: Justin Kruse. Not Present: Chris Marshall, Matt Moore Adoption of Agenda: MOTION to adopt the agenda (DeRosier/Johnson). Motion carried. Pledge of Allegiance recited Working session: 1. Finalize building plans, discuss specifications, timelines, costs and other details: Bruce Paulson discussed the updated plans. No fire suppression needed due to the size of the building and the Code does not require with assembly occupations of the size expected, discussed fire extinguisher cabinet locations. Discussed electrical, exterior bathrooms, doors, windows, lighting, bathroom tiles, and gutter system. Discussed the kitchen cabinets. Discussed the office furniture and file cabinets. Timelines: issue for bids the end of the first week of March. Discussed the well, septic, poll booths, Sunnylink, and office furniture. Discussed permit fees and fees to State.
