Town of St. Joseph - St. Croix County, WI Minutes of the Special Town Board Meeting St. Joseph Town Hall August 7, 2025 Call to Order by Chair Theresa Johnson at 8:00 am Roll Call: Chair Theresa Johnson, Dan Gavin, Chris Marshall, Richard Hailey, Engineer Lee Mann, Contractor Ron Lahners, Engineer Mike Hirsch. Not present: Justin Kruse Business discussion and possible action on: 1. Possible change order for drainage in front of new hall. Ron Lahners discussed the possible drainage fix. The Board discussed the preferred method for fixing due to ADA needs, winter conditions, and grading. MOTION that we request that Stantec move forward with the design/drawings for the drainage system for the front of the new Town Hall which will include the appropriately sized, either 8” or 6” where needed, rigid PVC drain tile with a GeoTec style wrap and properly drain to both sides of the building (Gavin/Marshall). Motion carried. AMEND MOTION to make sure we include the 3149 rock as part of the design with the GeoTec style wrap (Gavin/Marshall). Motion carried. 2. Construction meeting: Discussed the current status of the new Town Hall Building and the punch list of items to be done. 3. Adjournment: MOTION to adjourn at 8:53 am (Marshall/Gavin). Motion carried.
