Group thought Sept. 14th would be a good potential date for hosting the Mayor group. o Town Ball Tour – July 5th. Mel provided some updates and group brainstormed more ideas. o Soccer tournament July 12th-16th o Toddler Triathlon Aug. 12th o Utilize Google Chat for communication, marketing ideas, and promotions. Mary and Ann have reached out to the business list but many have not signed up. Please sign up or ask Mary and Ann any questions. o Discussion on the potential SHRPA initiative. Mary will follow-up with more details on cost, background. o Nate asked group to start thinking about 2024 budget. Couple ideas were discussed like: Billboard, promo items. o Promo items for July 4th parade will be ordered. Mary to coordinate with Nate on using budgeted money to order about 1,000 stickers.
